2) Scale Hopper: A machine that accurately measures and supplies the exact gram weight of baled yarn while loosening it.

4) Fiber Opener: A machine that loosens and blends raw materials supplied from the scale hopper or bale opener.
5) Automatic Storage and Blending Feeder Box: Blends and stores raw materials before supplying them to the next machine.
6) Blender: A machine that further loosens and supplies the cotton batting.
7) Card Hopper: A machine that forms the cotton batting into a uniform width and thickness for supply to the carding machine.
8) Carding Machine: Works like a comb to process the loosened cotton batting into a precise width and thickness.
9) Random Carder: Arranges the loosened cotton batting onto a mesh conveyor with a uniform surface and width.
10) Horizontal Lapper: A machine that processes the product from the carding machine to a precise thickness.
11) Punching Machine: A machine that uses needles to implant fibers into the product, which has a uniform thickness and width, to provide a certain tensile strength and durability.
12) Heating Roller: A machine that heat-treats (irons) the surface of the product.
13) Cross-Side Cutter: Cuts the non-woven fabric to a uniform length and width.
